This is a list of some mistakes that must be avoided by a Tech Recruiter:
Ø Not providing proper and transparent feedback to the candidates and forgetting that you were a candidate at some part of your life;
Ø Being stuck to the same old processes and having a “I always did this way” mindset;
Ø Conduct the recruitment process without planning and rushing it;
Ø Using unconscious bias;
Ø Failing to see recruitment as a marketing challenge and do not establish a positive relationship with the candidates.
